“Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s ability to see your worth.”

When Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team, he believed he was a champion. If Thomas Edison believed his teacher when they said he was to stupid to learn, he would not have invented the light bulb. When Walt Disney was fired from his newspaper job because of lack of imagination, he still imagined greatness.
Your value is not based on what others think about you, it is based on who you are. When you understand the value you offer, your potential impact on others is immeasurable. When you think about the value you are, you will believe you can accomplish anything. When you believe you are a value, you will accomplish the impossible.
Be Great!
