The Smallest Detail makes the Biggest Impact…

“If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.” — Admiral William McRaven

Every person that experiences the discipline of boot camp will tell you, making your bed is an important aspect of the start of day. Although the practice may seem non-essential, the discipline of small details will shape the attitude of many. A successful mindset begins with the habit of consistent details. When consistent details are followed, the mind is prepared to do what it needs to do whether it feels like it or not. Not being consistent in the small details will create a habit of inconsistent thought and practice through out the day.

Begin your day with habits that shapes your mind. When you are in circumstances that appear to be out of control, your mind will focus on the habits you have created with consistency, discipline, and persistence.
